Coburn Inspections is operated by Chris Coburn who is a licensed inspector and experienced home analyst and J.D. Meredith who is an experienced builder, master carpenter, and licensed inspector. Basic Home Inspection (EMP)

Basic Home Inspections- are the simplest and least expensive type of home inspection. This service is commonly called an EMP inspection as the focus is limited to the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems of the home.

Full Service Inspection (Complete)

A complete inspection goes beyond the limited scope of the Basic EMP inspection. Yes, the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems are examined but also the Structural Systems, Lot Drainage,Exterior, Roof, Insulation & Ventilation, and Interior home systems. Any areas needing a specialist will be referred to appropriate licensed or certified professional. For example, if the home has major structural issues a professional structural engineer may be needed.
